This
is the largest Alligator I have ever captured and was terrorizing people
on one of our local lakes. He had lost all fear of humans and consequently
was remaining in close proximity in order to stalk pets as a food supply.
Because of this learned habit, he had to be destroyed. The state
has mandated that any alligator over 4' that has lost it's natural fear
of humans must be destroyed. This is a very unfortunate action, but
it must be taken to protect the ever increasing human population.
This alligator was 13'-7" and weighed 800lbs.

7 feet wide and 14 feet long.
This is the same Alligator as above after being mounted.
